Rivulis T-Tape isn’t just drip tape—it’s a tailored solution for modern agriculture. It empowers farmers to optimize emitter spacing for agronomic performance, not only based on financial considerations.
Emitter Spacing Options: T-Tape has you covered with emitter spacing options ranging starting from 10 cm (4”) to 75 cm (30”). Why does that matter? Well, it means we can fine-tune water delivery to match your crop layout perfectly. Whatever you are growing, our system ensures every root gets the hydration it needs for healthy, thriving plants.
Unique Emitter Design for Clog Resistance: Precision meets reliability with T-Tape emitters. Every emitter has a reverse chevron patterned flow path with between 13 to 211 inlet filters (model-dependent), offering best-in-class clog resistance. Thanks to this savvy design, it maintains a turbulent water flow, warding off sediment and debris and helping to promote uniform water distribution along the entire tape length.
Material and Construction: Rivulis T-Tape is manufactured using a premium blend of resins, ensuring high tensile strength and durability. The tape’s unique manufacturing process involves folding and welding the material over itself, creating a strong, durable seam that provides double thickness along the length of the tape for added protection and ease of retrieval.
Water Flow Rates and Pressure: T-Tape is designed to operate efficiently at low pressures, with nominal operating pressures of just 0.55 bar (8 PSI) But can also take higher pressures when required dependent on the diameter / wall thickness combination. Emitter flow rates vary from ultra-low flow to high flow, accommodating diverse irrigation requirements and soil types.
Diameters and Wall Thicknesses: Available in diameters of 16 mm (5/8”), 22 mm (7/8”), 29 mm (1 1/8”), and 35 mm (1 3/8”) and wall thickness options from 4 mil (0.10 mm) to 15 mil (0.38 mm), T-Tape supports a wide range of agricultural applications. Larger diameters allow for longer run lengths while maintaining high uniformity, and heavier wall thicknesses are suited for multi-season use or sub-surface applications where additional strength is required. (Models available may vary by region).
